+ Depending on ExperienceBrunel are partnering with a national builder that has offices across Australia, they are a leader in their field with a true reputation for quality work and a great culture.This role will see the successful applicant managing industrial builds valued from $20M - $50M+ and is based in Brisbane with projects in and around the city.You will be joining a tight knit team with years of experience delivering successful projects.They are built on teamwork, respect and support with career development encouraged.Responsibilities:You will lead and mentor the site team and trade partners, whilst working alongside the CA and Project Manager on Commercial build projects.Strategically planning and effectively managing the program.Liaising with clients and stakeholders while maintaining a high service quality.Mitigating Risks with a solution-based approach.Reporting on Health & Safety, quality, cost control and budget.Meeting Key Performance Objectives of the project.Construction methodology and adherence to policies, procedures, relevant codes and acts for self and the team.Sub-contractor management.Coach and mentor your team to deliver high quality outcomes to support the delivery of on time and on budget.Attend and lead site meeting and lead toolbox meetings.Requirements:Proven project delivery as a Site Manager on Commercial Construction Projects valued $20m+ working for a Main Contractor ( REQUIRED )Experience working within the Australian Construction Industry ( REQUIRED ).4+ years of experience working in a Site Management role.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work as part of a team and independently.Fully resourced sites working with experienced Project Managers, Construction Managers, Project Engineers and Contract Administrators.Internal and External training provided to ensure you're able to close skills gaps.Flexibility in working arrangements depending on individual requirements.Recognition for the work you complete and value added to the team.Opportunity to join a stable business, with a good culture amongst the team and national presence.About Brunel:Brunel is a recruitment and flexible workforce solution provider which connects talented people with opportunities throughout Australasia and around the world.
