Responsibilities:
The role of the Site Manager will involve managing works on site and engaging the different stakeholders throughout the project.
Plan and manage the site programme.Communicate effectively with different clients to ensure they receive a high quality experience.Lead the site teams to meet project demands and timelines.Report on Health & Safety, quality, cost control and budget.Meet project KPI's.Ensure projects are adhering to construction methodology and adherence to policies, procedures, relevant codes and acts.Manage sub-contractors.
