Job DescriptionSite Manager - $30M Apartment Build, Northern SuburbsThe CompanyOur client is a leading Queensland builder renowned for delivering exceptional residential and commercial construction projects. Their projects range from $5M to $40M and structure their projects as a Tier 2 builder.The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to join the team on a $30 million apartment project in the northern suburbs of Brisbane. You will be responsible for the overall day-to-day running of the construction site, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.ResponsibilitiesOverseeing all aspects of site operations, including construction scheduling, quality control, safety, and budget managementLiaising effectively with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clientsEnsuring compliance with all relevant building codes and regulationsManaging a team of construction personnel and subcontractorsIdentifying and resolving any construction issues promptly and efficientlyMaintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentationSkills and experienceMinimum 5 to 8 years' experience as a Site Manager in the construction industryA trade backgroundProven track record of delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budgetPrevious experience delivering projects of $15M plusPrevious apartment experience is preferredExcellent understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulationsStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work autonomously and as part of a teamExperience in stakeholder managementBenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity to work on a landmark project in a prime locationWork with a highly experienced and supportive teamCareer progression opportunities within a growing companyTo ApplyPlease send your CV to ******, or call for a confidential discussion on 0406 665 799#J-18808-Ljbffr
