Site Manager Six Degrees Executive is working with a successful national fit-out commercial builder to seek a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager for a permanent position. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to join a high-performing team, working for a reputable builder with 50+ years of operating experience. The Position As the Site Manager, you will have proven experience site managing health projects & live-site environments, on projects $5mil +. You will be reporting directly to the Project Manager, and will be leading the site team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. Your Experience Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Site Manager Must have experience working on health, fit-out & refurbishment projects valued $5mil + Strong knowledge of construction practices, building regulations, and health and safety requirements Excellent leadership & communication skills Trade procurement, trade coordination / scheduling and management Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Your Career You will be rewarded with a very attractive numeration package, working for a stable builder with a strong & healthy project pipeline.
