The company's services include project management, design and engineering, construction, and maintenance. This well organised builder has a reputation for delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Their QLD arm has been operating for over 20 years and are known for delivering projects in the commercial, health and retail sectors up to a value of $150M.
The role –Site Manager
We are looking for a building Site Manager to join a team on an upcoming project which is a $75M mixed use project located in north west Brisbane. You will be joining an experienced team and will work with your Project Manager who will also be based on site.
You will be joined by a competent team including an experienced Foreman, a Project Engineer, a CA and a PM.
To Be Considered For This Role You Will Need
Come from a trade background Experience with a Tier 2 or a Tier 1 builder Proven history of delivering projects of $40M plus
