Are you an experienced Site Manager with a passion for commercial office fitouts?
Join a leading national fitout firm with offices across multiple states across Australia, renowned for delivering high-quality commercial office spaces.

Due to continuous growth, they're seeking a seasoned Site Manager with over 5 years of expertise in the commercial office fitout industry to join their team down in Hobart for a short term contract. 

Role Overview:
As a Site Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, safely, and to the highest standards. This role requires someone with exceptional organisation and communication skills who can manage multiple stakeholders and maintain excellent working relationships. 

Key Responsibilities:
Inductions & OH&S: Oversee all site inductions and manage onsite OH&S to ensure a safe working environment for all team members and contractors.Project Scheduling: Develop and maintain a fortnightly project schedule, coordinate with trades, and monitor progress to meet deadlines.Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for centre management, retail stakeholders, and clients, ensuring clear, professional communication and timely updates.Project Monitoring: Keep a close eye on project time lines, quality, and safety standards, making adjustments as necessary to deliver successful outcomes.Project Scope:
