Site Manager - High Spec Commercial ProjectsSpecialist builder with upcoming works in health, laboratories and science/technology works – they have secured their workload until the second half of 2025New build, heavy refurbishment and specialist fitout worksGood work life balance and enjoyable work environment The Opportunity Specialist builder with upcoming works in health, laboratories and science/technology works – they have secured their workload until the second half of 2025New build, heavy refurbishment and specialist fitout worksGood work life balance and enjoyable work environmentYour Responsibilities Co-ordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and deliveriesLiaising with clients to ensure the project is delivered on scheduleDevelop and maintain great rapport with site teams and stake holdersWorking closely with the Project Manager managing the construction programEnsuring high standards of OHS compliance on siteLiaison with clients, building management and other project stakeholders on a daily basis. Experience/Qualifications: A stable track record in supervision of commercial building projects – your background could be new build and/or refurb/fitout but experience on health, labs and similarly high spec works would be highly preferredCertificate III or IV in OHSAn ability to programme, schedule and sequence trades effectivelyExperience in utilising site safety software such as Hammertech, Procore or similarA natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike. What on Offer A salary package up to the value of $140k $200k range, dependent upon experience, with phone, laptop etc providedDown to earth and friendly environment – there is simply no politics or egos in this company
