With a strong presence nationally and key relationships in place, they are looking to engage a Site Manager with high-rise experience to deliver a $70m+ Tower.The RoleProgramming and coordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and materials deliveries.Liaison with all stakeholders ensuring successful delivery of project to schedule.Management of the construction site team.Liaison with the commercial team to identify variations and claims.Managing OHS compliance on site including site inductions, alongside the HSE Advisor.Problem-solving, proactive planning and forward-thinking.Leading the site team and all subcontractors to ensure an efficient, smooth workflow.Build a collaborative, productive and positive environment between the project team and subcontractors.The CandidateProven experience as a Site Manager on High-Rise buildings.Expertise in managing key targets of quality, safety, cost and time.Able to schedule, coordinate and manage all site activities.Expert knowledge of High-Rise Structures, Screens etc.Excellent work ethic and builds a high-performing, proactive working culture on site.In-depth knowledge with building codes, standards and methodologies for high-rise buildings.Solutions-driven approach, with the initiative to solve problems and manage conflict.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Able to drive outcomes and solutions and meet timelines.The PackageImmediate interview & start January 2025.Salary inline with experience, skillset and value to the project.Working with an excellent PM.A leadership role on a key project with a financially secure business and a large pipeline of further work.Progression and ongoing development.Deliver the site from Day 1 - set up the project for success early.Interested?If you're an experienced Site Manager and looking to join a business that will prioritize your development, partner with an array of high-profile clients and offer a professional, high-performing environment, this might be the one for you.
