They are looking for a Site Manager to join their award winning team based down the Surf Coast

You will have responsibility for the timeframe, budget, subcontractor management, trade coordination, OHS management, liaising with all stakeholders; clients, architects, engineers etc and upholding quality for this award-winning builder.
To Be Considered
To be considered for this unique opportunity, we are looking for;
Minimum of 8+ years' experience in a Site Managementrole delivering custom/high-end and extension & renovation projects up to$8M Carpentry background and relevant qualifications Excellent eye for detail and a passion for architectural builds Able to communicate confidently with Architect's, Engineer's, the client, and other stakeholders Ability to confidently use systems and software We are looking for someone that lives locally within the Anglesea & Torquay area - MUST To Apply
