SummaryCGC Recruitment are working in collaboration with a national commercial fit out & refurbishment builder who have a very healthy pipeline of new projects coming through, and as a result are interested to bring on board an experienced Site Manager to play a key role in the delivery of them.The business is long established, has excellent systems and a stable senior leadership team who have been with the business for several years.The Role - Site ManagerAs Site Manager, you'll initially work in close collaboration with an experienced Senior Project Manager, and site delivery team to deliver the high end fit out. In addition to this, they have several projects at late tender stages, so there is a possibility of being across a couple of smaller projects in the $2-5m range simultaneously.Ideally, you'll come from a Carpentry or Cabinet Maker trade background, with prior experience managing subcontractors on commercial fit out projects within Australia.Culture & BenefitsAs referenced above, you'll be joining a highly stable business who have a proven track record of promoting from within when possible.
