Site Manager & Finishes Foreman - Luxury 42 Townhouse Project - Hope Island OUR CLIENT
Our client is a residential and commercial building company specialising in quality medium density construction projects across Brisbane. Our client is currently going through a growth phase bringing on more concurrent projects requiring another permanent site manager & finishes foreman to be added to the team.
The Client uses CostX and Procore; experience with scheduling programs similar would be great but not essential.
What We're Looking For:
Site Manager & Finishes foreman with proven experience in overseeing townhouse/residential projects. They will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standard, on time, and within budget, while fostering a positive and collaborative team environment. Manage all aspects of construction on-site, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control. Enforce strict safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel. Coordinate with subcontractors and tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution. Communicate regularly with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure adherence to the client's standards and specifications. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience as a Site Manager in Townhouse or Multi-Residential projects, preferably medium density. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. A commitment to upholding the client's reputation for quality and customer satisfaction. Trade experience highly regarded. #J-18808-Ljbffr
