Site Manager Facade

One of the fastest growing facade contractors is looking for a facade site manager for a new project in Leeds City Centre.
The job involves working alongside the main contractor on a student accommodation project which includes 1200 units and a 70m new build in Leeds city centre.
The project will consist of multiple RC frame blocks and will be a flagship development in Leeds.
As a facade site manager, you will be the number two on site, managing the day-to-day operations for the facade contractor while reporting to a project manager.
The package may include brick slip aluminium panels.
The contractor is becoming a well-known name within the industry, winning repeat work with clients while also attracting new clients.
They have schemes across the UK and maintain a healthy pipeline of work.
To be considered for the facade site manager role, you must have experience working with similar subcontractors on comparable projects, specifically with brick slip aluminium panels.
