Site Manager - Estate Works - Large Commercail / Industrial

Manage projects from $30m to $50m in value. Complex early works / Estate work packages for huge commercial / industrial projects. Manage the team.
Projected Resources is partnering with an existing client to secure a Site Manager for extensive earthworks and estate works within large-scale industrial/commercial projects in Western Sydney. These projects range between $30m and $50m.

Key Responsibilities:Lead Site Operations: Oversee the daily management of site activities, directing Foreman and Leading Hands, and coordinating trades across various sectors, including civil works, piling, utilities, and earthworks.Safety & Compliance: Ensure full adherence to workplace health and safety regulations, creating a culture where safety is a top priority.Project Scheduling & Delivery: Work closely with the Project Manager to maintain construction timelines, managing resources to ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.Quality Control: Oversee workmanship quality, conducting regular inspections to ensure project outcomes meet required standards.Client & Stakeholder Management: Maintain excellent relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, ensuring open communication and swift resolution of any issues.Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential project risks, creating contingency plans to address and mitigate delays or challenges.Team Development: Foster a positive, motivated team environment, promoting staff development and ensuring all team members, including Foreman and trades, are well-supported.Weekend Work Scheduling: Coordinate flexible Saturday work rotations to maintain site coverage while supporting work-life balance for the team. Requirements:Minimum of 10 years' experience in Building or Civil Construction.Demonstrated success in managing complex projects with a focus on earthworks or building projects.Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.Comprehensive understanding of construction safety and quality assurance.Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and maintain long-term client relationships.
