Job Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated Site Manager: DES to oversee the day-to-day operations of your allocated DES sites, ensuring successful delivery of the DES-ESS contract.
This role is ideal for a strong leader with hands-on management experience who is eager to contribute to positive community outcomes.
Responsibilities: Oversee the successful delivery of the DES-ESS contract.Manage site performance and adapt strategies to evolving needs in the disability employment sector.Inspire and empower staff to excel in their roles while embracing diversity and supporting individuals with disabilities.Our ideal candidate will have: Demonstrated proficiency in motivating teams to achieve KPIs, showcasing a track record of driving performance.Experience in cultivating and nurturing relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including staff, clients, employers, and community organisations.A comprehensive understanding of service delivery and various service delivery models.Proficiency in identifying and implementing quality requirements within the context of disability employment services.The ability to thrive in a fast-paced yet fulfilling work environment.What you will bring: Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of employment services, or a related field.Practical leadership and business experience that will drive and support employment outcomes.Experience in delivering services that meet contractual and performance requirements.What we offer: Salary sacrificing benefits, including Fringe Benefit Tax exempt payments of up to $15,900 per annum (Full-Time and Part-Time positions only).A well-structured 2-week induction program, along with further training.Access to our Employee Assistance Program.Performance-based incentives/rewards.About Us: The wellbeing of our staff is our number one priority.
