Randstad Australia has partnered exclusively with a Leading Commercial Construction Company Specialising in Education, Healthcare, Civil and Sustainability Projects. Our Client is seeking experienced and dynamic Construction Site Managers to oversee the successful delivery of Severel Education projects. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of skilled professionals and contribute to the development of Education Projects in the Canberra Region and Surrounds

Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals, including subcontractors and site staff.
Ensure all construction activities are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety standards.
Manage project schedules, resources, and materials effectively.
Develop and implement site safety plans and procedures.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of project progress and costs.
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Identify and address potential risks and challenges.
Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:
4-6 years experience as a Construction Site Manager on similar projects.
A strong understanding of construction practices, techniques, and safety regulations.
Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
A commitment to safety and quality.
A degree or diploma in construction management or a related field disired but not a must.
