They are now seeking an experienced Site Manager / Construction Manager to work on various BESS and Substation projects across the Hunter Region.The role will include overall site management of operations over either one or multiple concurrent projects, monitoring forecasts, programs, budgets, contractual issues etc.The role will be to support the delivery of the design and installation of Battery Energy Storage Systems and Substation Construction projects; experience in these areas is desirable.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Planning and scheduling of construction activitiesManagement of site project teamsResolving site issues in a timely mannerCoordinating internal and external resourcesQuality Assurance, Health & Safety, Cost and Time ManagementLiaising with key clients and stakeholdersQualifications & Requirements:Trade or Tertiary Qualifications in Electrical engineering or similarProject management qualifications will be advantageousProven understanding of construction with a hands-on approachHigh level of organisation and time management skillsThis is a permanent full-time position providing a great opportunity to work with an established organisation who offer challenging work.
