Our client is an established leader in design, construction and maintenance of electrical, renewable, and telecommunications infrastructure and are known for their high-quality practices. They are now seeking an experienced Site Manager / Construction Manager to work on various BESS and Substation projects across the Hunter Region.
The role will include overall site management of operations over either one or multiple concurrent projects, monitoring forecasts, programs, budgets, contractual issues etc.
The role will be to support the delivery of the design and installation of Battery Energy Storage Systems and Substation Construction projects; experience in these areas is desirable.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Planning and scheduling of construction activities Management of site project teams Resolving site issues in a timely manner Coordinating internal and external resources Quality Assurance, Health & Safety, Cost and Time Management Liaising with key clients and stakeholders Qualifications & Requirements:
Trade or Tertiary Qualifications in Electrical engineering or similar Project management qualifications will be advantageous Proven understanding of construction with a hands-on approach High level of organisation and time management skills This is a permanent full-time position providing a great opportunity to work with an established organisation who offer challenging work.
