About the role:- Be responsible for overseeing the build from start to finish.- Oversee all sub-contractors and manage the quality of finishes.- Use leadership and organisational skills to hit project targets.- Ensure programme measures are being met and client is kept up to date.
Your Background:- Experience with site managing commercial refurb and new build projects.- 5+ years as a site manager/foreman.- Keen eye for detail and ability to manage quality.- Positive attitude with the right temperament.- Ability to communicate effectively and drive programme.
You will Receive:- Employment with a commercial builder with strong project pipeline.- Up to $190k package, based on years of experience.- Support from office with CA's, PM's and operations manager etc.- Genuine processes in place to achieve work-life balance.
