About the Role: Be responsible for overseeing the build from start to finish. Oversee all sub-contractors & manage the quality of finishes. Use leadership and organisational skills to hit project targets. Ensure programme measures are being met and client is kept up to date. Your Background: Experience with site managing commercial refurb and new build projects. 5+ years as a site manager/foreman. Keen eye for detail and ability to manage quality. Positive attitude with the right temperament. Ability to communicate effectively & drive programme. You Will Receive: Employment with a commercial builder with a strong project pipeline. Up to $190k package, based on years of experience. Support from office with CA's, PM's and operations manager etc. Genuine processes in place to achieve work-life balance.
