WHAT YOU WILL BE TASKED WITH DOING: Do programming and coordination of construction worksQuality and provide a safe working place for the siteRead and interpret construction plans for commercial construction or fit out projectsWork with the program to meet deadlinesAdhere to compliance and building codesOversee and coordinate sub-contractorsWork closely with the client, project manager and architect, etc.ARE YOU A FIT:
In order to excel in this role, you will have existing experience as a Site Manager within Australia working on commercial construction projects involving new build aspects not just fit out.
You will be passionate, focused on quality, focused on safety and achieving milestones of the project while managing strong relationships with the sub-contractors and maintaining high level communication to stakeholders.
Ideally you will have proficiency in Procore or similar building software.
You will be autonomous, someone who can problem solve and someone who can think outside the square.
A Trade background in Carpentry or a related area will be beneficial and an ability to switch between hands on and supervisory tasks will be highly regarded.
Someone who has reasonable computer skills will be necessary for this role.
