About the Role

As a Site Manager, you will take the lead on complex, high-value projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities Oversee all on-site operations for commercial projects exceeding $20 million. Develop and implement construction programs and schedules. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain timelines and quality standards. Ensure full compliance with WHS regulations and company safety protocols. Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress updates to the project team. Maintain strong communication with the client, consultants, and stakeholders. Drive high-quality finishes and manage defect rectifications. About You Proven Experience : At least 8+ years of site management experience, with a portfolio of commercial new builds over $20 million. Strong Leadership : The ability to lead and inspire teams to deliver excellence. Technical Expertise : In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulations. Problem-Solving Skills : A proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges. Communication : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
