Site Manager - Commercial/ Healthcare Fit Out A Site Manager is sought by a Top Tier Commercial Fit Out Contractor, to manage an upcoming $5 million commercial/ healthcare fit out project in Inner Sydney.
The Opportunity: Working for a busy Fit Out Specialist on corporate commercial, education and medical projects from $5 million to $20 million You will be managing all trades and reporting to a Project Manager $170k - 200k package Immediate start Long term permanent opportunity Inner Sydney based The Company: T/0 $200 million Reporting to a Senior Project Manager This successful contractor focuses on corporate office fit outs, universities and medical projects Projects in the $1 million to $100 million range Sites across Sydney CBD and Sydney Metro 100 staff in the business, growth plans for 2025 Ethical business, strong subbie relationships and repeat business with long term clients You will have: A Trade Certificate, Carpentry Cert III preferred Previous supervisory experience with a commercial fit out contractor is sought Healthcare/ medical fit out experience highly advantageous Ability to manage multiple trades Driven and keen to progress your career with a busy head contractor A steady career history and previous site management/ supervisor background Solid IT systems experience with Procore highly advantageous To apply for this role please email your resume to Daniel Poole at Buildco Recruitment, in WORD DOC format.
