This influential appointment will suit individuals with diverse Commercial Building and Construction Site Management, Foreman or Site Supervisory experience. You will inherently have broad construction trade knowledge and the resourcefulness and initiative to take responsibility for coordinating site teams and sub-contractors across both Single and Multi-Storey Construction . The Site Manager will have overall control for ensuring that site procedures and subcontract work is completed in accordance with contract specifications and recognised quality standards. You will engage with architects, consultants and engineers to address technical requirements and attend to the logistical challenges of premium quality landmark full-build and fit-out commercial construction projects. You will be assigned significant autonomy to guide on-site activities and oversight all elements of the build across structure, facade, interiors and finishes.
