Site Manager - Commercial Construction

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead commercial builds up to $30M and start 2025 with an exciting new challenge.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily site operations, including trades and site personnel.Ensure strict compliance with Occupational Health and Safety standards.Manage project budgets, procurement, and resource allocation.Deliver high-quality outcomes on schedule.Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders.Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.Resolve onsite challenges and conflicts efficiently.Essential Criteria: Proven experience managing end-to-end commercial construction projects up to $30M.Trade background in Carpentry or related field.Minimum of 3 years as a Site Manager or Foreman on commercial new builds.Strong attention to detail and focus on delivering quality outcomes.Positive attitude with excellent communication and organizational skills.Experience with tilt-up construction is advantageous.Must be based in Australia with full work rights.What's On Offer: Competitive salary package of $150k–$160k + Super (based on experience).Opportunity to work with a well-established national contractor.Supportive team culture and career progression opportunities.Immediate start available for the right candidate.If you're ready to lead impactful commercial projects, we want to hear from you!
