Site Manager – Commercial Builders   The Company Mid Tier contractors specialising in commercial builds Projects range in value up to $35m Several projects won recently hence the recruitment drive   I'm looking for SMs for   $30m, $35m, $10m – x3 education projects starting   $4m – new build pavilion – inc. groundworks, concrete slabs, in situ concrete   $22m – government project, new build including amenities     The Position – Site Manager   Delivering a broad range of WHS tasks Maintenance of relevant spreadsheets Assisting in the ongoing development and implementation of WHS systems Assisting with accident/ incident investigations as required Assist with training staff on HSEQ systems and ensuring data is kept current through the company reporting processes Sourcing and distribution of safety and health awareness information to site information boards Assist with the administration of our document management system Other ad hoc admin tasks   Skills and Experience   Minimum 4 years' experience minimum as a Site Manager Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Australian working rights   How to Apply   Please click apply or send your CV to ****** - if you wish to discuss the role, please call Emma Browne on: 0434 440 883.
