About the role: With the company showing continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our Northern Territory team to work on our various projects based in NT. Your primary responsibility will be reviewing, initiating, and managing the project and employees, ensuring successful project delivery. This role requires experience in building services.
This role is a full-time Permanent opportunity based in Darwin, Northern Territory. Relocation cost is covered for the right candidate. Responsibilities: Leading and managing internal and external contractorsPreparing RFI, Notices of Delay, variations and EOT submissionsProviding weekly reports to customers and project managerEnsuring compliance with customers and company safety, quality and business processes.Writing and reviewing JSA's and risk assessmentsReading, interpreting and communicating plans effectively to stakeholdersEnsuring compliance with contract terms and conditions for the projectBuilding positive relationships with internal & external stakeholders such as customers, project team, management, suppliers and subcontractorsManaging cost control, reporting, procurement and contract managementAbout you: To be successful in the role, you will need:
Minimum 5+ years experience in a site manager position working on 3 Mil + projectsExcellent time management and people management skillsHigh attention to detail and safety-focused approach to workProblem-solving and innovation skills as an individual and as a team playerConstruction White Card and Current driver's licenseExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong commitment to Work Health & Safety and Environmental standardsProficiency using Microsoft Office ApplicationsAbility to obtain DCSI and Australian Defence Security ClearanceSenior first aid trainingAbility to pass a Drug and Alcohol and Fit for work assessmentExperience using Procore and Pronto or similar related Project Management & ERP programs (Desirable).Ability to occasionally travel within Northern Territory to our regional construction sites.
