Site Manager - Brisbane's leading Tier 3 builder One of Queensland's leading tier 3 new build and fit out builders have a rare opportunity for an additional Site Manager to join their team due to increased growth from their existing clients in Brisbane. Builder This builder delivers new build and fitout projects in the commercial, health and education sector upto $20m. They have a thriving culture which has resulted in an average staff retention of 7+ years due to the balance, support and progression they provide to their employees. They are calculated in their actions with their peoples wellbeing at the core of every decision they make within the business. This builder hires staff based on aligned values, attitude and personality, with a view of growing within the company for the next 5+ years. Role As the Site Manager will will be working in a long tenured project team with an established PM, CA, Cadet and WHSO to manage all site operations of project delivering.
