On offer are two newly created positions due to new projects commencing in early 2025. We are seeking an experienced Site Manager and Site Foreman to deliver local commercial build projects in Rockhampton.

Delivering a mix of Commercial, Industrial, Education, Government, Aged Care and Community Infrastructure projects, you will benefit from a diverse portfolio of work already in hand .
Site resources are supported by experienced project teams comprising not just of qualified project managers, but technical contract administrators (rather than admin support staff), safety and operations staff.
What will distinguish you from the rest of the field will be your level of professionalism, attitude and commitment to quality & safety. Your ability to lead staff and sub-contractors, as well as supervise internal labour and junior tradesman will be evident as well as the ability to harness and promote stakeholder relationships.
Ideally you will represent the following;
Currently reside in the Rockhampton region or be looking to relocate their permanently. Hold formal building trade qualifications. Possess a current QBCC Site Supervisor Ticket or Builders License. Can represent a portfolio of commercial build project experience delivered (please detail / list). Strong written, computer and client representation skills, as you will be required to operate in accordance with the highest professional standards in addition to supervisory activities. Strong sense of team collaboration.
