Site Manager - $30 Mil Project - 12 Month Contract - Nightshift

Busy Fit out & Refurb head contractor are looking for an experienced contract site manager to run a $30 mil project on a 12 month contract basis.
About the CompanyThis builder is well known for delivering fit out and refurb projects up to $60 mil. They work with repeat clients and have made a name for themselves in the space that they operate in. With a solid pipeline of current and upcoming projects, they are looking for a Site Manager for a 12 month contract role for night shift works.
Key accountabilities will include:Supervise and manage the project through to completionRegular project reporting on time, cost and qualityWork closely with subcontractors to drive programmeBuild positive relationships with all external stakeholders, suppliers and contractorsProvide exceptional customer service through the handover and defects phaseManage WH&S requirements for each project under the relevant legislation and company systemsAbout YouHave worked on a project in a live environmentBe comfortable with working night shifts and commit to working for 12 month duration of the projectExperience within the hospitality/commercial space - completing projects over $10 milStrong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to influence, build consensus, and work well within a team environmentHave proven experience in completing multiple jobs start to finishExperience working within the Australian construction marketExcellent written and verbal communication skillsIdeally come from a trade backgroundIf you feel this is the job for you, please click apply or reach out to Gaby Scott on or
