Site Manager - $30M Aged Care Project - Builder/Developer

Aged Care builder/developer is looking for a Site Manager for a $30m project in Canberra. They have 5 years continuous work in the area.
About the Company
This builder are well known for delivering builder/developer projects up to $100 mil. in the Aged Care space.
They are a great business to work for and have been established for over 40 years.
Key accountabilities will include:
* Supervise and manage the project through to completion
* Regular project reporting on time, cost and quality
* Work closely with subcontractors to drive programme
* Build positive relationships with all external stakeholders, suppliers and contractors.
* Provide exceptional customer service through the handover and defects phase
* Manage WH&S requirements for each project under the relevant legislation and company systems
About You
* Experience within the aged care, volume or townhouse building sector ideally in a site management role
* Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to influence, build consensus, and work well within a team environment
* Ability to liaise with customers during the sales and settlement processes
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
