Aged Care builder/developer is looking for a Site Manager for a $30m project in Canberra. They have 5 years continuous work in the area.About the CompanyThis builder are well known for delivering builder/developer projects up to $100 mil. in the Aged Care space.They are a great business to work for and have been established for over 40 years.Key accountabilities will include:* Supervise and manage the project through to completion* Regular project reporting on time, cost and quality* Work closely with subcontractors to drive programme* Build positive relationships with all external stakeholders, suppliers and contractors.* Provide exceptional customer service through the handover and defects phase* Manage WH&S requirements for each project under the relevant legislation and company systemsAbout You* Experience within the aged care, volume or townhouse building sector ideally in a site management role* Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to influence, build consensus, and work well within a team environment* Ability to liaise with customers during the sales and settlement processes* Excellent written and verbal communication skillsIf you feel this is the job for you please click apply or reach out to Alex Mitchell on 0449991120 or ******
