Site Manager - $25M Regional Nsw Health Project

About the Company This builder is well known for delivering new build and refurb projects up to $50 mil across the health and education sectors predominately.
With a solid pipeline of current and upcoming projects they are looking for a Site Manager to join the team working on a $25 mil hospital project in Mildura with future opportunities in Sydney.
Key accountabilities will include: * Supervise and manage the project through to completion * Regular project reporting on time, cost and quality * Work closely with subcontractors to drive programme * Build positive relationships with all external stakeholders, suppliers and contractors.
* Provide exceptional customer service through the handover and defects phase * Manage WH&S requirements for each project under the relevant legislation and company systems About You * Experience within the commercial projects - completing projects over $20 mil  * Strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to influence, build consensus, and work well within a team environment * Have proven experience in completing multiple jobs start to finish  * Experience working within the Australian construction market  * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ideally come from a trade background  This is a great opportunity to join a well-regarded builder who will offer a long-term career in Sydney or working regionally on health and education projects they have a strong sub-contractor base and multiple repeat clients.
