FEC Constructions QLD has commenced the final stage of the Queen's Wharf Project, Towers 5 & 6. Tower 5, when complete will be one of the largest skyscrapers in Brisbane and the tallest of the Queen's Wharf project.
About The RolesWe are seeking interest for Site Management team roles including Site Manager, Foreman and Leading Hand. These roles, reporting to the Senior Site Manager, are responsible for the Delivery of the Tower 5 & 6 Project.
What You'll Be DoingYou will be responsible for the supervision, co-ordination, and support of the management of the site.
Establish and maintain relationships with the sub-contractor's team and the FEC team for successful delivery of the project.Co-ordination and supervision of sub-contractors, suppliers, and materials deliveries.Delivery of projects safely, efficiently and effectively through meeting the project success criteria of stakeholder relationships, time, cost, quality, safety and process compliance.Adhere to, improve upon and maintain the construction program.Carry out safety audits, tool box talks, quality ITPs and site coordination meetings.Your ProfileSystems: Project Software Experience preferable but not essential (Procore, Hammertech & MS Project)Qualifications: Trade qualification or similar will be highly regarded.Experience: Experience in new construction & multi-residential / multi-level commercial preferred.Why Work For UsStrong salary package based on experience.Be a part of the transformation of Queens Wharf!Friendly, social culture.Access to discounts across our property development, restaurant & hotel businesses.DiversityWe value diversity and aim to build an inclusive environment that champions, embraces and respects differences.
