As a Site & Maintenance Planning Administrator, you will be responsible for providing a high level of administrative support to key stakeholders including management, contractors and visitors in a timely, efficient and effective manner.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide reception services and administrative support to key stakeholders including managers, contractors and visitors.Create and manage a schedule for preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections and orders (MEX).Prepare, edit and manage purchase orders, liaising with contractors for any issues or discrepancies.Maintain the integrity of the accounts payable function and related activities including invoicing and data entry, preparing, reconciling and processing all vendor and creditor invoices.Conduct regular inspections to identify and address safety hazards.Create and implement safety procedures for maintenance staff.The successful candidate will requirePrevious experience in Business/Office Administration.Experience working within a heavy manufacturing or foundry environment.Purchasing and vendor management experience.Inventory control experience.Experience with scheduling, planning and maintenance activities.Desirable SkillsInterpersonal Skills.Microsoft Office.Foundry Processes.Preventative Maintenance.This role will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and long-term sustainability of our organisation's facilities and equipment, as well as drive reliability improvements on site & greater document control by supporting the Reliability Lead with Maintenance management activities & initiatives.
