Hexion Australia are seeking a person that will drive a cohesive and inclusive culture that will exceed industry benchmarks on all operational related fields.Full accountability of the manufacturing operations to ensure optimum productivity, regulatory compliance, asset integrity, quality and cost of productionSustaining a comprehensive Safety Management System, including OHS, Process Safety and Mechanical & Electrical Integrity SystemsDeveloping year-over-year risk reduction plans, including hazard identification and risk assessmentCompliance with all relevant legislative requirements and regulations, e.g. MHF, EPA, OHS, etc.Ensuring the operation's inventory management is aligned with company policyPreparation, review and management of annual CAPEX program for the site Industrial relations matters and leading collective employment agreement negotiationsProvide proactive leadership and facilitate as the centre of the continuous improvement culture toward a flexible and change capable siteAccountable for financial management and reportingProfileThis role will ideally suit a tertiary qualified person in either Engineering or a business related field, with an MBA being highly desirable. They must have over 5 years' experience in senior management, including at least 10 years in chemical manufacturing.
