Site Leader - Hobart Print Centre

Reporting to the Regional Operations Leader, this role is responsible for driving the day-to-day operational performance of the site.Critical to the success of this position, the Site Leader must demonstrate the right balance between a culture of safe practices and compliance while also delivering performance and ensuring that our products are delivered on time and to the highest possible standard.Being structured and organised will set the tone for the site; however, building rapport with your team will ensure that you are able to manage any challenges throughout a shift and adjust accordingly.As a member of the site Leadership Team, you will also be responsible for leading key projects that will contribute to improved performance and efficiency of the site.Who are you?Proven track record leading medium to large teams in a heavy machinery/equipment site.End-to-end product life cycle experience – from creation through to customer delivery.Leadership of employees ideally across multiple trades and levels of competency.High level of resilience, and able to manage and mitigate resistance.The ability to communicate to front line employees and senior executives.Inspirational, trustworthy, and dependable.What's next?Apply now or for more information on careers at News Corp Australia visit www.newscorpaustralia.com/careers.
