About the Role
As the Site Team Lead, reporting directly to the Service Manager, you will be pivotal in ensuring smooth site operations.
Your responsibilities will include: Efficiently oversee site resources, ensuring all tasks align with company policies and procedures.Organize and assign tasks to team members while planning both reactive and proactive site activities.Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance work as necessary to ensure optimal performance.Manage the site budget and ensure accurate reporting in line with established processes.Identify and recommend enhancements for site infrastructure, including vehicles, facilities, and waste management.Ensure the enforcement and maintenance of quality, health, safety, and environmental standards. This includes participation in inspections and audits.What We're Looking For Trade experience in Electrical, Mechanical, Avionics or related fieldCurrent driving licensePrevious experience as a Technician on an operational Wind FarmWorking within a troubleshooting or fault-finding environmentLocated within commutable distance of the siteWhy Join Us?
