At our Lake MacLeod operations, we also mine and export gypsum to customers in Australia and Southeast Asia.About the Role:The Site Integrated Planner is critical in acting as the central point of communication on site for multiple stakeholders involved in shipping, quality, marketing, and site planning. This role works across both Dampier and Port Hedland operations on a day shift only sportsman roster (4D 5X 5D 4X 5D 5X). It is residential based in Port Hedland or Dampier with travel to the other site required on an as needs basis.Key Responsibilities will include:Be the single point of contact for all operational shipping functions which include:Communications with personnel involved with shipping onsiteCommunications with other DSL sitesLiaising directly with the marketing and commercial teamsCommunications with all support providers including pilots, surveyors, AMSA etc.Coordinate the logistics and prepare all documentation associated with vessel arrivals, departures, bills of loading, commercial functions, and communications with support providers.Maintain critical site reporting functions on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.Develop the site integrated plan on a weekly basis.Assist to develop short and long-term production scenarios.Demonstrate and contribute to safety leadership on site.Skills & Experience Required:Previous experience in a similar roleExperience with information management systems, SAP and advanced Excel skillsPrevious experience with marine and shipping industries is highly desirableRelevant tertiary qualifications will be viewed favourablyAbility to juggle conflicting priorities and tasks to multiple stakeholdersHigh level of interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to build strong working relationships.Valid C-Class Drivers LicenceHow to Apply:Click on the Apply button to submit your application or for more information please contact:WorkPac Principal Consultant: Georgia Guy on or quoting the below reference number.Job Reference Number: 7469J20245893About WorkPacWorkPac is Australia's largest privately owned workforce solutions business.
