Site Foreman

Yakka Solutions are currently working with an established and reputable commercial construction company with a head office in East Brisbane to find a Site Foreman.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day construction activities on commercial building projects valued between $100,000 and $1,000,000.
The successful applicant must hold a QBCC Medium Rise Site Supervisor Licence as a minimum.
Key Responsibilities: Team Management: Lead and manage a team of tradespeople and subcontractors.Safety and Quality: Prioritise safety and quality by implementing and enforcing safety protocols and quality control measures.Material Management: Manage material procurement and inventory to ensure timely delivery and efficient use.Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and engineers.Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress reports, and quality control records.Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a Site Foreman or similar role in commercial construction.Strong understanding of construction techniques, building codes, and safety regulations.Excellent organisational and time management skills.Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.Current QBCC license (e.g., Supervisor License).Valid driver's license.For more information, please reach out to Jack on the following details -
