About your role
We are on the hunt for a Finance Manager at our Ingleburn site. This role is responsible for the financial results of the site and providing analytical and performance reporting that ensures sound financial decision making. Reporting to the Operations Finance Manager the Site Finance Manager drives and implements the RPFC Operations and Finance initiatives and supports the site on internal controls.
Partnership with the Site Manager is critical to success in achieving the sites KPIs and will include building robust business cases for Capital Investment in the Site.
What you'll do Weekly KPI performance reporting including Manufacturing variancesMonthly Site Profit and Loss reporting, analysis and insightsEstablish budgets and quarterly forecasts for the Site including the presentation of the same to the RPFC Leadership Team with the Site ManagerBuild and provide financial input into Site Capital Expenditure Plans and Requests and track projects through to capitalisationProactive identification of Risks and Opportunities to the Site P&L and Balance sheetMeasurement of the Sites Productivity plans and reporting against targetEstablish and maintain Standard Costs for Site InventorySupport NPD projects by providing Product Costings in line with Project workflowsContribute proactively to the RPF Finance Community Transformation projects as identified for the RPFC CFO.Proactively participate in improving processes, tools and systems within RPF that improve visibility, accountability and business decision making.Assist Site Management and teams to control Inventory, Fixed Assets and Manufacturing Spare Parts.Proactive Internal Control management as a part of the RPFC finance communityWhat will help you succeed Excellent stakeholder management, ability to deal with multiple stakeholders and handle competing priorities.Excellent communication skills (written and oral), high level interpersonal skills and sound judgment.Demonstrated problem solving capability - proactive identification of issues, finding solutions and seeing change to the end.Adaptable, flexible and comfortable with ambiguity.Excellent time management, organisation and prioritisation.The ability to influence, manage and challenge ideas and existing business processes.Experience implementing systems &/or process changes and training.Sound knowledge across the Microsoft office suite.
