You will help manage and maintain the facilities of a site/office (excluding manufacturing and IT-related areas) to ensure a conducive and comfortable work environment in accordance to health, safety, environment and security policy, guidelines and requirements. How you will contribute You will:  Facilitate the planning and implementation of cost-effective and quality facility services at site including cleaning, security, laundry, catering, ground maintenance, lifts, waste removal, fire and safety services, and utilities management. Oversee the operation and maintenance of utilities such as HVAC systems, boilers, compressors, and wastewater treatment facilities. Monitor energy consumption and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs. Respond to utility emergencies promptly and implement contingency plans to minimize disruptions to operations. Develop and execute a comprehensive maintenance program for utilities, and infrastructure within the facility. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to facility maintenance and safety standards. Develop annual budget with finance team for facilities and services requirements and exercise control measures as necessary to ensure works are completed on time and within budget. Adhere to the budget and annual plan for the facilities, services and maintenance of the site and ensure timely vendor payments. Support the facilities requirements of all site related projects. Coordinate with maintenance, safety, and project team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Establish and follow-up on environmental objectives for the plant and disseminate information about these including energy consumption, water consumption and different emissions. What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field. Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in a food manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, utilities, and maintenance best practices. Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to facility operations, safety, and environmental compliance. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work effectively under pressure. Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
