Site Engineer - Residential Apartments

One of Sydney's most prestigious property developers is seeking a number of Site Engineers to work across a large residential apartment development in Sydney's Norwest.Established for over 20 years and with an impressive record of building over 7000+ apartments in Sydney, and a further 6000 more in planning, our client is one of Sydney's largest and most iconic apartment builders.Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Developing & implementing ITPsAssisting with programming & design coordinationEstablishing, maintaining and monitoring project quality standards, processes & proceduresEnsuring compliance is met and maintained throughout the programmeResolving any design coordination issues that may ariseManaging and liaising with subcontractors, clients & consultantsSafety documentation & reporting.The Successful CandidateCompleted a Construction Management degree2-3 years experience working for a head contractor/developer in construction (New build) is essential.Experience on class 2/apartment buildings is highly regarded.Strong technical and organisational skillsExcellent communication and people management skillsAbility to read plans and work to the programmePR or Australian CitizenMentoring from Project Engineer & Project ManagerJob Security - Strong pipeline of workImmediate Start or Jan 2025 start available!Strong team culture and community involvement.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
