Site Engineer - Residential Apartments

One of Sydney's most prestigious property developers is seeking a number of Site Engineers to work across a large residential apartment development in Sydney's Norwest.
Established for over 20 years and with an impressive record of building over 7000+ apartments in Sydney, and a further 6000 more in planning, our client is one of Sydney's largest and most iconic apartment builders.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Developing & implementing ITPs Assisting with programming & design coordination Establishing, maintaining and monitoring project quality standards, processes & procedures Ensuring compliance is met and maintained throughout the programme Resolving any design coordination issues that may arise Managing and liaising with subcontractors, clients & consultants Safety documentation & reporting. The Successful Candidate Completed a Construction Management degree 2-3 years experience working for a head contractor/developer in construction (New build) is essential. Experience on class 2/apartment buildings is highly regarded.
