Job Summary We are seeking Site Engineers to support our flagship project for Inland Rail based in Wagga Wagga, NSW.
This is a major project with three key areas across Civil, Track, and Structural (Bridges).
Tasks and Responsibilities Perform technical, engineering, inspection, scheduling, planning, survey, procurement, and quality control functions for all activities at the siteImplement the inspection and test requirements of the Project Execution PlanInterpret engineering documents and drawings for field personnelParticipate in bid evaluation of field subcontractsProvide general technical assistance to supervisory staffMaintain the project document control and filing systemsMaintain systems for and perform field progress evaluation and compare actual with planned progressComplete punch lists and complete P&ID checks for distribution to functional areasQualifications Relevant Tertiary qualifications in EngineeringPostgraduate experience in a construction/engineering environment - civil or rail experience highly sought afterCompetent in planning and organizing work schedulesWorking knowledge of HS&E requirementsClear communication – verbal and writtenTo apply online, please click on the appropriate link below.
