Our firm is a mid-sized Development/Building company specializing in Luxury Residential Projects in the Sutherland Shire, seeking an experienced full time Site Engineer to be site based at Cronulla and occasionally at our Head Office in Caringbah.The Site Engineers primary responsibility is to assist the Project and Site Manager in the project organisation and co-ordination with a focus on site-based activities.The successful candidate's role will include:Oversee and manage the document management and technical aspects of the project ensuring the construction aligns with the construction documentation and specifications.Provide technical support to the site team including co-ordination with the Consultants and Subcontractors to resolve design and technical issues through the RFI process.Manage the project programme and associated site procurement of materials and supplies in conjunction with the Site Manager.Oversee and manage compliance with the Quality and Safety Plans on the project through Procore and 1Breadcrumb. Role includes ensuring completion of daily records, ITP's, and Safety Systems in conjunction with the Site Manager.Maintaining site records and liaising with project team to assess Sub-contractor progress and performance.Document control and oversee the collection and collation of site information and certification required progressively and for the completion of the project, including but not limited to the requirements of the DBPA.Prepare site information for use by the Project Manager in the completion of monthly Project Reports.Qualifications and Experience2-3 years post graduate experience in a similar role.Tertiary construction qualification from a Construction Management Course.Excellent understanding in Microsoft based programmes including Excel, Word and Project.Knowledge in Procore Construction Software and 1Breadcrumb WHS System preferred but not essential.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Current Drivers Licence.This is an excellent opportunity to join our team working on residential developments in the Sutherland Shire.Your key attributes will be your attitude and ability to work within the team environment.
