In 2023, the company expanded its capabilities with the launch of its in-house construction division focused on delivering exceptional residential projects.CURRENT PROJECTSSurfers Paradise (High-density multi-res project in planning)Cascade Gold Coast (Under Construction)ABOUT THE JOBAn opportunity has become available for an experienced Site Engineer to join Andrews in a full-time position on the Gold Coast. As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing on-site construction activities, ensuring the successful execution of projects in compliance with industry standards.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage on-site construction activities, ensuring efficient workflow.Ensure compliance with drawings, project plans, quality, and environmental standards.Coordinate effectively with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors.Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports to track milestones.Troubleshoot and resolve engineering issues promptly to maintain project timelines.Assist in planning, scheduling, and budgeting processes for ongoing projects.Qualifications and Skills:MANDATORY: A degree in Construction Management or a related field.Minimum 2 years of on-site commercial construction experience in a similar role.Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines.Adaptable with a robust attitude toward change and challenges.Solid computer literacy, including familiarity with construction software.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.WHAT WE OFFERCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work with a leading luxury property development company.Collaborative and innovative work environment.Career growth and development opportunities.If you are looking for a dynamic role and are eager to contribute to exciting projects on the Gold Coast, please apply via Seek or send your resume to ******.
