Site Engineer

We are seeking a Site Engineer to join our fast-paced team environment. The successful applicant shall have relevant qualification in the construction industry and will have post graduate experience as a Project Engineer or Contracts Administrator.
The duties of this role may include but are not limited to: Supporting the Site Manager & Project Manager to successfully deliver projects Assist in the implementation and administration of site safety Assist in project programming, scheduling and co-ordination using MS Project Assist in design review, shop drawings & scheduling of materials Manage quality control, ITP's, and defects rectification Assist in third party inspections, issue resolution, & approvals Material procurement Assist in procurement including RFT's, Scope of works, subcontracts, and work orders. Subcontractor engagement and negotiation Reviewing & processing monthly subcontractor payments and invoicing The ideal applicant will have: 4+ years experience as a Site/Project Engineer or Contracts Administrator Proven track record in a similar role delivering commercial or residential construction projects, including both structure and fit-out A high standard of written and verbal communication Excellent attention to detail Ability to prioritise and work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment Relevant computer skills including MS Project and MS Office Suite Understanding of Building Codes/Australian Standards/Construction & Contract Law All applications will be treated in confidence.
