Zenviron are currently seeking a highly motivated Site Engineer for a large-scale Wind Farm Project located in Central Queensland on what will be industry leading examples when fully commissioned. This is a Fly In, Fly Out role, working a 2 weeks on, 1 week off roster. If you have recently graduated, or are a few years out of university and want to be a part of key growth across the renewables sector, come and join the inclusive and high performing Zenviron team and gain valuable experience. Key responsibilities will include: Work closely with the Project Engineer, Senior Project Engineer and wider Engineering Team to ensure project objectives are met on time with respect to cost, safety and quality.Assist with work pack development for the project.Review project documentation and raise technical queries related to the project.Provide engineering/technical support and advice to on-site Supervision and project staff involved in the execution of works.Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.Work in accordance with quality assurance procedures, based on customer and ISO requirements.Assembling and maintaining project documentation and quality records for the project ensuring completeness and accuracy.What we are looking for: An Australian recognised, tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering.Excellent written and technical skills and a confident user of MS Office Suite.An innovative approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.Clear and engaging communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.Driven commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.Proof of right to work in Australia. To be successful in this role you will require well-developed interpersonal skills to assist you in building effective stakeholder relationships both internally and externally, whilst you will demonstrate a team orientated approach to work and commitment to continuous improvement.
