We offer integrated design, construction, and development services across 4 core divisions with over 200 team members throughout NSW.We are looking for a driven, innovative, and highly skilled Site Engineer to join our high-performing project team on a $30Mill health project in Bathurst.Responsibilities include:Assist with Design Management including monitoring of consultants, planners, quantity surveyors to deliver outcomes that meet the brief and budget.Project and contract management during construction to ensure that the projects are completed on time, within budget, quality, safety, and environmental requirements. The tasks include site meetings, site inspections, formal and informal correspondences with the contractor and other stakeholders.Be a key member for the handover and commissioning phase for assigned projects.Prepare detailed and accurate reports for management and other internal stakeholders.Monitoring and reporting on compliance of the works.Undertake risk assessments and formalise processes with contractors and stakeholders.What's Needed:Between 2 - 5 years' experience.Process-oriented, with the ability to have task-specific focus and multitask.Have a strong understanding of design drawings and technical specifications.Professional, strong verbal and written communication skills with engaging and effective interpersonal skills at all levels.Effective time management skills including sequencing of work of own and resource management.Attention to detail and understanding of the concept of high standard compliance.A proven and excellent safety record from previous projects.Working for Taylor:Taylor is proud to offer long-term career opportunities, and those individuals who join Taylor can look forward to an outstanding working environment, market-leading remuneration, fantastic employee benefits, and a clear career path.At Taylor Construction, our aim is to make your career with us both enjoyable and challenging.
