Site & Electrical Project Engineer | Oil & Gas | 18/10 Roster

CGC Recruitment are working with a Tier 1 Contractor who are at the forefront of the Infrastructure boom Nationally across Australia.
They focus on delivery of major projects across a number of different sectors including; Transport, Defence, Building, and Resources.
Due to an increased level of workload on an existing program of works, they have identified a critical requirement for an Electrical Project Engineer to work on a major Gas project in regional QLD.
The Project Manager on site and responsibilities will include:
Procurement of equipment, material & subcontractsDay-to-day tracking of cost vs productivity for self-performed worksDeveloping method statements and risk assessmentsQuality assurance: development of lot structure, ITP's, and compilation at completionAs of the nature of the work, you will be heavily involved with ensuring the delivery of HV and Fibre Optic substation networks for the gas gathering well sites and construction of CSG well head facilities.
Selection Criteria:Electrical Engineering Degree2-5 years Project ExperienceMust possess experience on major Oil & Gas projectsMentally and physically robust to work in challenging environmentsThe project is running on an 18/10 Roster with travel in the client's time, giving candidates a full 10 days on R&R.
